Vetona draws inspiration from the world of artisan workshops, transforming a technical tool into the defining feature of its design. Created by Rubén Mateos Brea and inspired by memories of his grandfather’s workshop in Plasencia, Spain, Vetona reinterprets the bench vise as both a functional element and a distinctive visual signature.
This attention to detail is expressed throughout Vetona, from its exposed mechanical details and precise construction to the contrast between metal components and tactile tabletop finishes.
